Returns Policy
Items in brand new condition with all original tags and packaging can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and liability for lost or stolen packages. Please contact shop@paradised to request a return form if one has not been included with your purchase. If any mistakes have been made on your order please contact shop@paradised.com and it will be rectified.
Please note that Final Sale items are not eligible for a return.
Returning Incorrect/Faulty Items
We will refund the cost of postage if the item you are returning was incorrectly sent or faulty. Paradised cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item please submit a new order online and return your original purchase following refund guidelines.
Refunds
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and approving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
